For municipal government, citizen participation in public affairs is a central pillar. Making that participation possible requires free access to public information that is simple, complete, truthful and timely. These are the measures and systems currently in place, along with their regulatory framework.
Systems in Operation
Expense Reporting Module
Allows users to submit expense reports for Petty Cash, Advances, Reimbursements, and Subsidies. Verifies supplier data from various offices via AFIP. Users of the Municipal Accounting Office can record approvals and Executive resolutions.
Responsible Accounting System
Records the delivery and accountability of public funds granted to officials and private individuals, allowing for the verification of compliance with their responsibilities.
Inventory System
Part of the systems distributed on the Municipality's intranet. Allows for the registration, classification, and totaling of assets acquired by different departments, centralizing management and eliminating the need for physical documentation.
Web Payment Button
Allows taxpayers of the different municipal taxes to pay using various electronic payment alternatives.
Web-based Business Licensing
Allows those starting industrial, service, and/or commercial activities to complete the registration procedures for the Commercial municipal tax more quickly and without visiting the municipality.
