HAVING SEEN the provisions of Decree No. 078/2025, and that the Undersecretary of Public Works, Eng. LUIS VICTOR COSTA, D.N.I. No. 12.126.623, must be absent due to leave starting from today's date, and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That through Decree No. 078/2025 dated January 27, 2025, it was proceeded to place the Undersecretary of Public Works, Eng. LUIS VICTOR COSTA, D.N.I. No. 12.126.623, File No. 1886, in charge of the Secretariat of Urban Development, on a temporary basis and for the duration of its incumbent's absence.
That the Undersecretary of Public Works, Eng. LUIS VICTOR COSTA, must be absent due to leave starting from today's date.
That it is deemed appropriate to place the Undersecretary of Public Services, Mr. ROBERTO OSCAR RAMIREZ, D.N.I. No. 18.346.965; File 3070, in charge of the Secretariat of Urban Development, without prejudice to his specific functions, starting from today's date and for the duration of its incumbent's absence.
That consequently, it is appropriate to proceed with the issuance of this provision.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107 of Law No. 10.027/11 and its amendment Law No. 10.082 - Regime of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos. According to the consolidated text of Decree No. 4706/12 of the Provincial Executive Power.

ARTICLE 1.- Entrust the attention of the Secretariat of Urban Development to the Undersecretary of Public Services, Mr. ROBERTO OSCAR RAMIREZ, National Identity Document No. 18.346.965; File 3070, starting from today's date and for the duration of its incumbent's absence, without prejudice to his functions.

HAVING SEEN the leave granted to the Municipal Accountant in charge, Cr. Diego Paolo Cutro, File 8022, starting from February 4, 2025, and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That in order not to affect the normal functioning of the Office, it is necessary to cover the position of Municipal Accountant through the appointment of Cra. Silvina Raquel Rougier, File 8016, and Municipal Sub-Accountant through the appointment of Cr. Eduardo Javier Soulé, File 8026, from February 4, 2025, to February 17, 2025, inclusive.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Provincial Law No. 10.027 - Municipal Regime - amended by Provincial Law No. 10.082, according to the consolidated text of Decree No. 4706/2012 of the Provincial Executive Power.

HAVING SEEN that the Secretary of Productive Development, Mg. Eng. Federico Schattenhofer, has returned to his functions, and;
 
CONSIDERING:
That, through Decree No. 036/2025 dated January 13, 2025, it was proceeded to place the Undersecretary of Tourism, Lic. Laureano Eric Schvartzman Lugrin, in charge of the Secretariat of Productive Development for the duration of its incumbent's absence.
That, starting from January 31, 2025, the Secretary of Productive Development, Mg. Eng. Federico Schattenhofer, has returned to his functions.
That, consequently, it is appropriate to proceed with the issuance of this provision.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107, subsections b), h), and u) of Law No. 10.027, Regime of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos.

HAVING SEEN that the agent Marcela A. Laurel, File 1943, Director of the Payroll Liquidation Directorate, has requested leave starting from February 4, 2025, and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That for the purposes of better organization of said department, it is necessary to appoint a person in charge for the duration of the incumbent's absence.
That the permanent staff agent Persíncula Lorena Isabel, File No. 3209, Head of the Administrative Department, meets the necessary conditions to be placed in charge of this Directorate on a temporary basis.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107, subsections q) and u) of Law No. 10.027/11 and amending Law No. 10.082/11 01 - Municipalities Regime of Entre Ríos.
