ENACTS THE FOLLOWING
ORDINANCE
ARTICLE 1°.- Amend Article 58, Subsection b) Traffic, of the current Ordinance No. 38,225 “Tax 2024”, which shall read as follows:

HAVING SEEN, Decree No. 823/2023, and,
CONSIDERING:
That the SIXTH Clause of the Agreement for Home Delivery of Bills, Decree No. 823/2023, dated 06/14/2023, provides for the update of the amount based on the salary adjustment granted by the Executive Department.-
That through Decree No. 672 of MAY 24, 2024, the update of the salary scale by FIVE percent (5%) was ordered, effective from the month of MAY 2024.
That the General Directorate of Revenue has intervened within its competence, calculating the increase in the amount.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107, subsections II) and u) of Law 10.027.- Municipalities Regime of Entre Ríos.
Therefore,
THE MUNICIPAL PRESIDENT
DECREES
ARTICLE 1.- Authorize the General Real Estate municipal tax Department to update the amount based on the update in the salary adjustment granted by the Municipal Executive Department, Decree No. 672 of MAY 24, 2024, by a percentage of FIVE percent (05%), which is effective from the month of MAY of the year 2024 and which will be One Hundred and Eighteen Pesos and Ninety-one Cents ($ 118.91), in accordance with the SIXTH Clause of the Agreement between the Municipality of Concordia and agents assigned to the Home Delivery of Bills.-
ARTICLE 2.- the Commercial municipal tax, General Real Estate municipal tax, and Other municipal taxes Departments shall take note and archive.-

HAVING SEEN the special supplement received by the personnel of the Automotive office of the Municipality of Concordia, and,
CONSIDERING:
That Article No. 2 of Decree No. 1.235/2016, dated 11/11/2016, provides for the update of the special supplement Code 371 based on the salary adjustments that are established-
That through Decree of the Municipal Executive Department No. 672 of MAY 24, 2024, the new salary scale was approved, by FIVE percent (05%), effective from the month of MAY of the year 2024.
That the General Directorate of Revenue has intervened within its competence, calculating the increase in the amount.
That the issuance of this regulation is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred by Law No. 10.027, Organic Law of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos.-
Therefore,

DECREES
ARTICLE 1.- It is ordered that starting from the month of MAY 2024, by a percentage of FIVE percent (05%), the settlement of the Special Supplement Code 371 received by the personnel of the Automotive office, included in ANNEX I which forms part of this document, be updated to the sum of TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND TWENTY-SIX PESOS AND 10/100 ($ 24,026.10), based on the update in the salary adjustment granted by the Municipal Executive Department, Decree No. 672 of MAY 24, 2024, in accordance with Article No. 2 of Decree No. 1235/2016.-
ARTICLE 2.- Instruct the Directorates of Human Resources and Settlements for the pertinent purposes.

The submitted Decree No. 139/2024 by the Municipal Executive Department, regarding the Institutional Letterhead of the Municipality of Concordia, and;
CONSIDERING:
That through the aforementioned Decree, the current year is declared, throughout the City of Concordia, as “YEAR OF TRIBUTE TO THE THIRTY YEARS OF THE REFORM OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE ARGENTINE NATION”.
That, in that order, it provides for the use, in all official documentation of the Municipal Administration and autonomous entities, of the legend, “1994-2024 – YEAR OF THE 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE REFORM OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE ARGENTINE NATION”, in order to highlight, commemorate, and revalue the importance of the 30 years of the Reform of the Constitution of the Argentine Nation.
That it also invites this Honorable Deliberative Council to adhere to the aforementioned decree.
That in that sense, this body has no objection to adhering to this and supporting the provision of the Municipal Executive Department.
Therefore:

ENACTS THE FOLLOWING
RESOLUTION
ARTICLE 1.- To accompany and adhere to all terms of Arts. 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Decree No. 139/2024 of the Municipal Executive Department.
ARTICLE 2.- It is hereby ordered, as of the date of this Resolution, that all official documentation of the Honorable Deliberative Council shall bear the legend: “1994-2024 – YEAR OF THE 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE REFORM OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE ARGENTINE NATION -.
