HAVING REGARD TO: the provisions of the Municipal Organic Ordinance No. 38.253/24, and
 
CONSIDERING:
That the aforementioned regulation in Title III, Chapter IX, Articles No. 98 and 99, creates the Special Unit for Strategic Projects.
That in its Article No. 100 it creates the organic structure of said Special Unit, that is: the Directorate of Innovation and Knowledge Economy, the Directorate of Citizen Attention and Consumer Defense, and the Directorate of Strategic Planning and Financing.
That, for its part, Municipal Decree No. 473/2024 established the appointments for the Special Unit for Strategic Projects and its organic structure.
That, likewise, within the organic structure of the Special Unit for Strategic Projects, Municipal Decree No. 482/2024 creates in its article 1 the Department of Educational Innovation and Technological Learning within the scope of the Directorate of Innovation and Knowledge Economy; and in its article 2 creates the 105 Service Department within the scope of the Directorate of Citizen Attention and Consumer Defense.
That, consequently, it is appropriate to issue this administrative act, and proceed to fill said positions with persons who meet the conditions of suitability and responsibility to perform said functions.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by article 107, subsections II) and u), of Provincial Law No. 10.027 -Municipal Regime-, and its amendments.
 
Therefore:
 
THE MUNICIPAL EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT
DECREES:
 
ARTICLE 1.- Appoint as Head of the Department of Educational Innovation and Technological Learning Lic. Andrea Marcela SOLARI, DNI No. 30.688.677; for the performance and fulfillment of the functions assigned in Article No. 1 of Decree No. 482/2024. It shall have the rank of Political Department Level 1.
 
ARTICLE 2.- Appoint as Head of the 105 Service Department Dr. Matías Oscar Benítez, DNI No. 28.678.479; for the performance and fulfillment of the functions assigned in Article No. 2 of Decree No. 482/2024. It shall have the rank of Political Department Level 1.
 
ARTICLE 3.- It is ordered that the appointment made in Article 1 of this Decree shall be effective as of May 1st of the current year.
 
ARTICLE 4.- It is ordered that the appointment made in Article 2 of this Decree shall be effective as of April 1st of the current year.
 
ARTICLE 5.- Send a copy to the Directorate of Human Resources and the Directorate of Payroll Settlement, for their purposes.
 
ARTICLE 6.- Communicate, Publish. Register and duly Archive.

HAVING REGARD TO the leave granted to the Municipal Accountant in charge, Cr. Diego Paolo Cutro, File 8022, starting May 2, 2024 and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That in order not to affect the normal functioning of the Office, it is necessary to fill the position of Municipal Accountant through the appointment of Cra. Silvina Raquel Rougier, File 8016 and Deputy Municipal Accountant through the appointment of Cra. María Vanesa Saloman, File 8004, from May 2, 2024 to May 6, 2024, inclusive.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Provincial Law No. 10.027 - Municipal Regime - amended by Provincial Law No. 10.082, according to the Consolidated Text of Decree No. 4706/2012 of the Provincial Executive Power.
 
Therefore,

ARTICLE 1.- Entrust the attention of the position of Municipal Accountant to Cra. Silvina Raquel Rougier, File 8016, from May 2, 2024 to May 6, 2024, inclusive.
 
ARTICLE 2.- Entrust the attention of the position of Deputy Municipal Accountant to Cra. María Vanesa Saloman, File 8004, from May 2, 2024 to May 6, 2024, inclusive.
 
ARTICLE 3.- Communicate, publish, register and archive.
