HAVING SEEN the provisions of Decree No. 1,618/2024 dated November 24, 2023, and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That by Decree No. 094/2024, the renewal of contracts for lifeguard and nursing personnel reporting to the Municipal Lifeguard and Beach Prevention Service Department was ordered, effective January 1, 2024.
That by means of a note dated 12/28/23, Mr. Leonardo Ezequiel Peralta, D.N.I. No. 24,337,477, File No. 4907, submitted his resignation, effective 01/01/2024.
That for the purpose of fulfilling the objectives, requirements, and guidelines established by this Government Administration and in replacement of the former contracted agent Mr. Leonardo Ezequiel Peralta, this Executive Department deems it appropriate to hire, under the modality of a contract with contributions, Ms. Francesca ICOLANO, D.N.I. No. 44,441,180, from February 1, 2024, to March 31, 2024, for a term of two (2) months and for a monthly sum of Two Hundred and Ninety Thousand Pesos and 00/100 ($290,000.00). As well as the additional corresponding to 25% of the value of her contract, in concept of "Hazardous tasks," which is settled under code 506; in accordance with what is established in Article 3 of Decree No. 094/24.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the use of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107 of Law No. 10,027 and its amendment No. 10,082 - Regime of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos. According to the consolidated text of Decree No. 4706/12 of the Provincial Executive Power.
 
Therefore,

DECREES:
 
ARTICLE 1.- Accept the resignation submitted by Mr. Leonardo Ezequiel Peralta, D.N.I. No. 24,337,477, File No. 4907, effective January 1, 2024, for personal reasons.
 
ARTICLE 2.- Order the hiring of Ms. Francesca ICOLANO, D.N.I. No. 44,441,180, who will perform duties as a lifeguard, reporting to the Municipal Lifeguard and Beach Prevention Service Department, Secretariat of Human Development.
 
ARTICLE 3.- Establish that the hiring period ordered in the preceding Article comprises from February 1, 2024, to March 31, 2024, inclusive, under the modality of a contract with contributions and for a monthly sum of Two Hundred and Ninety Thousand Pesos and 00/100 ($290,000.00). As well as the additional corresponding to 25% of the value of her contract, in concept of "Hazardous tasks," which is settled under code 506; in accordance with what is established in Article 3 of Decree No. 094/24.
 
ARTICLE 4.- Remit to the Payroll Liquidation Directorate reporting to the Secretariat of Government and Treasury.
 
ARTICLE 5.- Communicate, publish, register, and, in due course, archive.

DECREE No. 276/2024

HAVING SEEN the proceedings contained in Internal Administrative case file No. 110 Letter “M”/2023 and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That by means of a transfer form, the Agent GERARDO LUIS MONZALVO, File No. 9831, requests a transfer from the Directorate of Disability and Rehabilitation – Undersecretariat of Health to the Undersecretariat of Sports, both reporting to the Secretariat of Human Development.
That the competent areas have no objections to the transfer of the agent being ordered, having provided their consent in the aforementioned form.
That the Human Resources Directorate reports that the agent GERARDO LUIS MONZALVO, File No. 9831, has provided services in this Municipality since 10/01/2023, and is registered as personnel contracted with contributions, reporting to the Undersecretariat of Health – SDH.
That this Executive Department, by virtue of there being no objections to be made, deems this provision pertinent.
That this measure is issued in the use of the powers conferred upon the Executive Department by Article 107 of Law No. 10,027 and amendments – Regime of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos.
 
Therefore,
 
THE MUNICIPAL PRESIDENT
DECREES:
 
ARTICLE 1.- Release the agent contracted with contributions GERARDO LUIS MONZALVO, File No. 9831, from the Directorate of Disability and Rehabilitation - Undersecretariat of Health of the Secretariat of Human Development, by virtue of what is expressed in the considerations of this document.
 
ARTICLE 2.- Assign the agent indicated in the previous Article to the Undersecretariat of Sports of the Secretariat of Human Development, based on what is expressed in the preceding considerations.
 
ARTICLE 3.- Establish that the expenses arising from the transfer ordered herein shall be charged to Item 0.4.40.01.01.01 - Undersecretariat of Sports.
 
ARTICLE 4.- Forward to the Human Resources Directorate for notification, acknowledgment, and corresponding effects, and let the Payroll Liquidation Directorate, Undersecretariat of Health, Undersecretariat of Sports, and Secretariat of Human Development take note.
 
ARTICLE 5.- Communicate, publish, give to the Secretariat of Government and Treasury, and archive.

DECREE No. 277/2024

SEEN:
What was requested by the Civil Association "Amigos del Mountain Bike" and;
 
CONSIDERING:
That the aforementioned Civil Association organizes, within the framework of the Women's Week organized by the Municipality of Concordia, the 14th Edition of the Women's Marathon;
That the aforementioned sporting event consists of an activity of sporting and tourist relevance for the city and surrounding areas;
That it is the intention of this Executive Department to promote sports as a social activity, with the objective that all sectors of the population can have the possibility of practicing activities, without discrimination of sex or age;
That it also seeks to promote and contribute to the strengthening of non-governmental organizations in their role of social containment and formation;
That this Executive Department considers it pertinent to declare the 14th edition of the Women's Marathon to be held on March 10, 2024, as being of Municipal Interest;  
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107, subsections q) and u) of Law No. 10.027/11 and its amendment No. 10.082/11 - Municipal Regime of Entre Ríos.

ARTICLE 1.- Declare the 14th edition of the Women's Marathon to be held on March 10, 2024, in the city of Concordia as being of Municipal Interest, by virtue of what is expressed in the preceding considerations.

HAVING SEEN the need to have qualified personnel in the Secretariat of Government and Treasury and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That in this sense it is necessary to release from the Honorable Deliberative Council of Concordia, the Municipal Agent, Eduardo Ramón Quevedo, National Identity Document No. 33,684,957, File No. 9,706 and assign him to the Metered Parking Area of the Secretariat of Government and Treasury, for the development of tasks and functions inherent to the area.
That the intervening areas have provided their consent.
That in accordance with what is expressed and by virtue of the need for the readjustment of human resources and to have qualified personnel in the Metered Parking Area of the Secretariat of Government and Treasury, it is deemed pertinent to issue this provision.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Provincial Law No. 10.027 - Municipal Regime - amended by Law 10.082; according to the consolidated text of Decree No. 4706/12 of the Provincial Executive Power.

ARTICLE 1.- Release from the Honorable Deliberative Council of Concordia the Municipal Agent, Eduardo Ramón Quevedo, National Identity Document No. 33,684,957, File No. 9,706 and assign him to the Metered Parking Area of the Secretariat of Government and Treasury, for the development of tasks and functions inherent to the area, effective as of today's date.
 
ARTICLE 2.- Establish that the transfer expenses of the aforementioned agent shall be charged to item 0.1.90.01.01.01 - Undersecretariat of Government
 
ARTICLE 3.- Forward to the Human Resources Directorate for their knowledge, registration, and notification; once completed, inform the Metered Parking Area of the Secretariat of Government and Finance, and the Payroll Directorate for settlement purposes, and subsequently archive as a record in the agent's personal file.

HAVING SEEN the note attached to page 1 of the internal administrative case file No. 9 "G"/2024 submitted by Municipal agent GONZALEZ VIVIANA ALEJANDRA, File No. 2919, and,
 
CONSIDERING
That the aforementioned Agent requests on page 1, in compliance with Ordinance No. 34.691/2011, to be assigned the benefit of Article 1, attaching the required documentation.
That the Human Resources Directorate has proceeded to report on the matter.
That the Legal Affairs Directorate issues Opinion No. 275/24, considering that this Directorate understands that the granting of the benefit contemplated in Art. 1 is not appropriate because the agent does not meet the age requirement; this is established by Law 8732 and Ordinance No. 34.691/11.
That the Human Resources Directorate takes note.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Provincial Law No. 10.027 - Municipal Regime - as amended by Provincial Law No. 10.082; according to the consolidated text of Decree No. 4706/12 of the Provincial Executive Branch.

ARTICLE 1.- Deny the request made on page 1 of the internal administrative case file No. 9 "G"/2024 by Municipal Agent González Viviana Alejandra, File No. 2919, DNI 23.433.400, as the Legal Affairs Directorate understands that the requested benefit should not be granted for failing to meet the requirements demanded in Art. 1 of Ordinance No. 34.691/11.
 
ARTICLE 2.- Forward this to the Human Resources Directorate for them to take note and notify Agent González Viviana Alejandra, and once done, forward to the Payroll Directorate for the corresponding purposes.-
 
ARTICLE 3.- Communicate, publish, register, and in due course, archive.
