REDUCTION OF SURCHARGE FOR SIDEWALK

This is a procedure that allows requesting the cessation of the additional surcharge applied to the General Real Estate Municipal tax (TGI) for properties that lack sidewalks or have sidewalks in poor condition. The objective is that, once the situation is regularized, the taxpayer stops paying the additional charge, which can be 50% for deteriorated sidewalks or 100% in the case of a total absence of a sidewalk.

Who can request it?
The property owner or their legal representative.

Requirements to access the benefit:

• The sidewalk must be completely built or repaired.
• The work must comply with the technical standards established in Section nine of the Building Code of the city of Concordia (Ordinance No. 17303/71 and its amendments).
   

Required documentation:

• Sidewalk Verification Request Form.
• Photocopy of the owner's DNI.
• In the case of representatives, the documentation that proves the legal standing or mandate.
• Photograph of the sidewalk in its current state.
   

How to carry out the procedure?
Complete the form and attach the relevant documentary evidence.
Submit the documentation at the Entry Desk of the Municipality of Concordia to initiate the administrative case file.
