The Municipality of Concordia, through the Employment Directorate, under the Undersecretariat of Development and Entrepreneurship, announced the results of the work carried out during 2025, with a strong impact on training, labor insertion, and coordination with the local private sector.
During the last year, more than 500 people were trained in various key tools for accessing employment, among which the following stand out: resume building, initial job interviews, information technology tools, trade workshops, and knowledge of the local labor market.
In this context, specific programs were developed aimed at improving the employability of residents of the city. Through the Job Training Program, 69 people managed to connect with work experiences in 28 local private companies, strengthening direct contact between those seeking employment and the productive sector.
Likewise, through the Labor Insertion Program, 137 people joined the workforce, with the participation of 12 local private companies, consolidating a public policy aimed at generating real employment opportunities.
The Director of Employment, Juan Manuel Scarzello, highlighted the importance of these results and noted: “These numbers reflect sustained and planned work, with the goal of accompanying people in their training process and bringing them closer to genuine employment. We are committed to training as a fundamental tool to improve employability and to the permanent link with the private sector as an engine of local development.”
Regarding current challenges, Scarzello remarked: “2026 is already underway and our goal is clear: to double the results achieved, deepening training policies and strengthening the labor connection of the residents of Concordia with the private sector.”
The Employment Directorate emphasized that the social impact of these policies translates into more opportunities, more training, more employment, and greater coordination with the private sector, reaffirming the commitment of the Municipality of Concordia to productive development and labor inclusion.
