CONSIDERING the Agreement Act signed on July 24, 2024, between the Executive Department and the various union entities and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That therein a salary increase of 18% is agreed upon, applicable in its entirety to the current salary scale, based on the following staging and cumulatively: 13% with the July wages and 5% with the August wages of the current year.
That in this way, the salary readjustment in cumulative percentage terms for said period will reach 88.77%.
That this Act consists of Three (3) clauses.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive by Article 107), subsections ñ), q) and u) of Law 10.027 - Municipal Regime - amended by Law 10.082, according to the Consolidated Text (T.O.) of Decree No. 4706/12 of the Provincial Executive Branch.-
 
Therefore,
 
THE MAYOR.
DECREES:
 
ARTICLE 1.- Take note of the Agreement Act signed on July 24, 2024, between the Municipal Executive Department and the various Union entities, which consists of Three (3) clauses and whose text forms an integral part of this Decree as Annex I.
 
ARTICLE 2.- Authorize the Payroll Directorate to make the pertinent adjustments to comply with the provisions of this Decree.
 
ARTICLE 3.- Send a copy of this Decree to the Deliberative Council.
 
ARTICLE 4.- Communicate, publish, and duly archive.

AGREEMENT ACT
 
In the city of Concordia, on the 24th day of July 2024, the Municipal President, Dr. Francisco Azcue, and the Secretary of Government, Dr. Luciano Dell'Olio, meet on behalf of the Municipal Executive Department, hereinafter "The Municipality", and the Representatives and General Secretaries of the various Unions that make up this document and therefore sign at the bottom, hereinafter "The Unions", sign the salary agreement corresponding to the July-August 2024 period, subject to the following clauses:
That by virtue of what has been expressed, this agreement is reached.-
 
FIRST. "The Municipality" will pay municipal workers (Permanent Staff and Contracted with Contributions), a salary increase of 18%, applicable in its entirety to the current salary scale, based on the following staging and cumulatively: 13% with the July wages and 5% with the August wages. In this way, the cumulative salary increase by the month of August will be 88.77%.
 
SECOND: Likewise, it is agreed that the coming months remain subject to review according to the evolution of inflation and the financial and budgetary availability of the Municipality.
 
THIRD: This Agreement will be sent to the Deliberative Council for the purpose of complying with current legal regulations.
 
There being no further business, as many copies are signed as there are signatory parties to this document, of the same tenor and for a single purpose, leaving on record that each party withdraws one copy, in the place and date indicated above.

DECREE No. 891/2.024.

SEEN:
The content of Internal administrative case file No. 1881 "D" 2024 and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That the Directorate of Purchases and Supplies submits documentation for the call for Private Bidding No. 30/2024 for the "ACQUISITION OF STATIONERY ITEMS FOR THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE SECRETARIAT OF FINANCE".
That in the referenced administrative case file, documentation corresponding to the call for Bidding is attached.
That the opening of this process must be provided for in the Directorate of Purchases and Supplies, which must propose an available opening date.
That this measure is issued in the exercise of the powers emerging from Law No. 10.027 and amendments - Regime of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos.
 
Therefore,
 
THE MUNICIPAL PRESIDENT
DECREES
 
ARTICLE 1.- Approve the documentation for the 1st call for Private Bidding No. 30/2024 for the "ACQUISITION OF STATIONERY ITEMS FOR THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE SECRETARIAT OF FINANCE", whose background information is in Internal administrative case file No. 1881 "D" 2024, in accordance with what is expressed in the preceding recital.

ARTICLE 2.- Charge the expense approved in the previous Article to the following current expense item:
0.1.90.01.01.02.20.05 Finance $ 15,702,300.00
0.1.90.01.01.02.20.11 Finance $ 2,408,910.00
 
ARTICLE 3.-  Order the Purchasing and Supplies Directorate to issue the call for Private Bidding and set the date for the opening of proposals, in accordance with the provisions of the current procurement ordinance.
 
ARTICLE 4.-Form the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Tender approved previously.
 
ARTICLE 5.- Forward to the Purchasing and Supplies Directorate for the purposes provided, let the Accounting Directorate take note, once completed, remit to the Government Secretariat for its knowledge.
 
ARTICLE 6.- Communicate, publish and archive.

That the Purchasing and Supplies Directorate submits documentation for the call for Private Bidding N° 31/2024 for the "PROCUREMENT OF CLEANING SUPPLIES FOR THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE FINANCE SECRETARIAT"
That in the referenced administrative case file, documentation corresponding to the call for Bidding is attached.
That the opening of this process must be provided for in the Directorate of Purchases and Supplies, which must propose an available opening date.
That this measure is issued in the exercise of the powers emerging from Law No. 10.027 and amendments - Regime of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos.

ARTICLE 3.- Order the Purchasing and Supplies Directorate to issue the call for Private Bidding and set the date for the opening of proposals, in accordance with the provisions of the current procurement ordinance.
