The Municipality of Concordia informs city merchants that they are in the final days to request a 50% exemption on the Public Lighting municipal tax, intended for commercial users, in accordance with Article 132 of the Municipal Tax Code.
The deadline to complete the procedure is March 31, 2026.
Who is eligible?
Commercial users registered under the Commercial municipal tax who meet the requirements established in current regulations may request this benefit.
Requirements:
-Register in the Registry of Commercial User Beneficiaries (Sworn Statement) before 03/31/2026.
-Be up to date with the payment of the Commercial municipal tax (debts included in payment plans will not be considered regularized).
-Have paid off the previous calendar period.
How to carry out the procedure?
Interested persons must log in to arca.gob.ar with their CUIT and Fiscal Key, and select:
1)“Municipalidad de Concordia – Portal Ciudadano”
2)“Declaración Jurada de Tasa Comercial”
3)Then, within the Registry of Beneficiaries, click on “Request exemption”.
The municipality reminds residents of the importance of completing the procedure within the established deadline to be able to access the benefit.
