REDUCTION OF SURCHARGE FOR VACANT LOTS

It is a benefit that allows requesting a 50% reduction of the municipal tax surcharge for vacant lots within the framework of the current Tax Ordinance. This discount applies to vacant properties that are duly fenced and in good condition of hygiene and maintenance.
 
Who can request it?
The property owner or their legal representative.
 
Requirements to access the benefit:
-The land must have complete perimeter fencing.
-It must be clean and in adequate maintenance conditions.
 
Required documentation:
-Application Form for Vacant Lot Surcharge Reduction (downloadable or available at the Revenue offices).
-Photocopy of the owner's DNI.
 
 
How to carry out the procedure?
-Download and complete the corresponding form.
-Submit the application at the Entry Desk of the Municipality of Concordia

Once submitted, the municipality will evaluate the conditions of the property and will notify the resolution of the benefit.
