The Directorate of Innovation and Knowledge Economy of the Municipality of Concordia reported that pre-registration is now open for a new edition of the Concordia Robotics Club, the educational proposal that brings children and adolescents closer to the world of technology, programming, and experimental robotics.
On this occasion, the call is aimed at children aged 8 and 9, and adolescents aged 13 to 15 who wish to begin developing robotics projects through a dynamic and participatory learning methodology.
Classes will be held in a face-to-face workshop format with a theoretical-practical approach, where students will be able to acquire notions of robotics and programming in a playful and entertaining way, with content adapted to each age group.
Meetings will take place in the afternoon, lasting two hours per class with a total of eight meetings per group, starting during the first week of April.
From the coordinating team, they highlighted that this year the program will add a new location, reaching a total of three training spaces, with the objective of expanding the territorial reach and bringing these educational opportunities to more sectors of the community.
Likewise, it is expected that this edition will reach more than 600 participating students, which would represent the highest number of graduates since the launch of the program.
Activities are free of charge, with limited spots, and require prior registration. Interested persons must complete the pre-registration form and await confirmation from the organizing team.
