With outstanding participation, the Municipality of Concordia, through the Employment Directorate, carried out the Furniture Assembler Course, a training proposal aimed at the development of trades and the strengthening of opportunities for labor insertion.
The training was led by Martín Coduri, a professional with more than 23 years of experience in furniture design and manufacturing, who shared technical and practical knowledge on furniture assembly, the proper use of tools, and the main techniques of the trade.
The Director of Employment, Juan Manuel Scarzello, highlighted the community's response and maintained that “the high turnout demonstrates the interest that exists for this type of training. From the Municipality, we continue to generate training spaces that provide concrete tools to improve employment possibilities and support those who seek to undertake or join the labor market.”
Likewise, he remarked that “we will continue to promote proposals linked to trades because we understand that permanent training is a fundamental tool for the development of human capital and the growth of Concordia.”
During the day, the Employment Directorate especially thanked the support of the company Bourlot Materiales, which collaborated with the provision of the materials and supplies necessary for the development of the training, allowing the participants to carry out the planned practices and strengthen the knowledge acquired during the workshop.
The activity was developed within the framework of the Infrastructure and Development Plan towards the Bicentennial, promoted by the Municipality of Concordia with the objective of promoting training, strengthening employment, developing human capital, and articulating with the different actors of the local productive framework.
