Mayor Francisco Azcué presided this Monday over the official presentation of the second edition of the “Concordia Produce” Multisectoral Expo and highlighted the joint work of institutions, universities, the private sector, and the State to revalue local and regional productive activity.
The Multisectoral Expo will take place from October 23 to 25, 2026, at the “Viñedos Moulins” Central Park, featuring a Business Round, the Employment Expo organized with the Government of Entre Ríos, conferences, exhibition stands for companies and institutions, a food court, and a cultural closing event, among other activities.
“I am very enthusiastic to see universities, institutions, the municipality, and the provincial government sharing the same workspace. This is what we need to generate the conditions that allow for the growth and development of the productive sector,” remarked Azcué.
Furthermore, the mayor of Concordia underscored the importance of what will be the parallel Business Round, recalling that during 2025 “they were successful as there were meetings that allowed achieving the objective, which is for business to be generated among the participants. We have high expectations for this year and I invite all sectors to join and be part of this space.”
The Secretary of Productive Development, Sebastián Arístide, reviewed the outstanding aspects of Concordia Produce 2026 and highlighted that it is a “scenario where production, innovation, and commerce come together to show our potential. The idea is that this space is not purely municipal. We want the private sector, the productive sector in general, to take ownership of this event.”
To make it a reality “we need you to integrate, we want to listen to you, the spaces are available. It is an integration space designed to consolidate economic growth and present new opportunities for the future. We want to give greater visibility to the private sector.”
REAL CONNECTIONS
“Concordia Produce” will be a tool to establish links and “generate real connections between companies, universities, and the public sector,” and the Business Round “is a space prepared for it. For our part, we are in charge of generating that ecosystem so that this space is taken full advantage of. Those who have experience in business rounds in different parts of the world ensure that this works very well because there is a face-to-face connection with the person. And this is very difficult to replace with virtuality or a phone call. It is very successful and generates a very particular bond,” concluded Arístide.
During the first edition of the Business Round in 2025, 98 companies participated, there were more than a thousand interviews, and 25% of the deals were closed. There were 40 tables with a duration of 5 hours.
EXHIBITION GROUNDS AND AGENDA
The exhibition grounds will have three sectors: Sector A, outdoors. Sector B, with indoor stands under a tent, and Sector C for institutions, in addition to a food court and services.
During the first day, the Government of Entre Ríos will hold the Employment Expo. During the afternoon, the conference cycle will begin, and at 6:00 PM on October 23, the official inauguration will take place.
On Saturday, the conference cycle continues in the morning and the Productive Expo in the afternoon, starting at 6:00 PM. On Sunday, the Productive Expo and closing with a musical show.
Finally, the organization reiterated the call “to all sectors that drive the local and regional economy: companies, industry, commerce and services, universities, innovation centers. And the SMEs that are entrepreneurs and regional producers to show what we produce and connect what we are, which is the motto of this edition of Concordia Produce”.
