The Secretary of Productive Development, Eng. Federico Schattenhofer, highlighted the importance of this initiative by pointing out that “every training we promote has a concrete objective: to strengthen our local capabilities and generate real job opportunities. The timber and furniture sector is strategic for Concordia, and training our residents in modern and applied techniques is key to supporting its growth.”
At the same time, he remarked that “the coordination between the municipality, CeDeFI, and a reference company like EGGER demonstrates that when the public and private sectors work together, conditions are created for productive development and the creation of value in the community.”
The course is aimed at entrepreneurs, workers in the wood and furniture sector, technical training students, and people interested in acquiring concrete tools for the design, production, and assembly of furniture, using industrial boards produced in Concordia.
This initiative is part of the strategic actions promoted by the municipality to boost employability, support the productive sector, and promote technical training as an engine for local growth.
