Exemptions on municipal taxes, benefits in the use of electric energy, promotion of local employment, and facilities for establishment in the Industrial Park are some of the tools implemented.
Through an ordinance, the Municipality of Concordia adhered to the Incentive Regime for Large Investments (RIGI) and the Incentive Regime for New Investments (RINI). Furthermore, an Industrial Promotion Regime was established through the adoption of measures that foster the competitiveness of the local territory, new economic and industrial activities, and the consolidation, modernization, expansion, and relocation of existing ones.
Regarding the adherence to RIGI and RINI, the objective is to favor the establishment of new investments in the city, accessing exemptions on Administrative Procedure municipal taxes, Construction and Registration Rights, and the Commercial municipal tax.
All natural and legal persons in the industrial sector, cargo transport linked to industrial activity, tourism, and cultural industry that carry out new investments, whether in the installation of a new production unit or the expansion of an existing one, may be beneficiaries of this regime.
Taxpayers may adhere to one or both regimes, and the application of the benefits will be carried out according to the conditions and procedures established in the ordinance.
