The Municipality of Concordia, through the Secretariat of Public Services, informs how the waste collection service will be provided during the upcoming holiday, Friday, May 1st, International Workers' Day.
In this regard, it is communicated that the service will be carried out as follows:
Sectors 1 to 8: the concessionaire company VITSA will provide service NORMALLY.
Sectors 9 to 26: corresponding to the Waste Collection Directorate, a sanitary on-call scheme will be implemented, guaranteeing only the attention of essential situations.
Likewise, it is informed that the service provision will return to normal in all sectors, starting Saturday, May 2nd, resuming the usual routes.
The community is requested to show an active commitment to the care of public space by carrying out a correct disposal of waste, respecting days and times, which is fundamental to improve environmental quality and optimize the operation of the service.
