The Municipality of Concordia and the Entre Ríos Police will carry out traffic closures this Sunday, July 19, to ensure the care of public spaces and the movement of people who wish to attend the Sports Field to watch the 2026 World Cup final.
The joint operation will be carried out in different sectors of the city, mainly in the Costanera area and the center, to facilitate circulation and arrival at the location. It is important to remember that access to the meeting point will be pedestrian only and that Plaza 25 de Mayo will remain closed to the public.
ROAD CLOSURES ON THE COSTANERA
On the Costanera, street closures will take place from 11:00 a.m. in the following sectors:
Carriego and Maciel García streets.
Maciel García and Isidoro Blainer.
Scattini and Giovanni Travers streets.
Scattini and Isidoro Blainer.
Scattini and Giacomo de Donatis.
Costanera de los Pueblos Originarios Avenue and Scattini.
Costanera de los Pueblos Originarios Avenue (Almirante Brown roundabout).
Costanera de los Pueblos Originarios Avenue (in front of the Centro de Empleados de Comercio).
Costanera de los Pueblos Originarios Avenue and Carriego.

In the downtown area, closures will be carried out from 5:00 p.m. in the following locations:
Urdinarrain and San Luis streets.
San Luis and Bernardo de Irigoyen:
Urquiza and Catamarca.
Pellegrini and Catamarca.
Entre Ríos and Mitre.
Hipólito Irigoyen and Mitre streets.
Urquiza and Buenos Aires.
Pellegrini and Buenos Aires.
The invitation for all residents of Concordia who wish to cheer on the Argentine National Team is for 2:00 p.m. at the Sports Field, where there will be a giant screen to watch the match and celebrate, in the event of an albiceleste victory.
