The Municipality of Concordia informs that the Special Debt Regularization Plan is now in effect, intended for taxpayers to get up to date with significant benefits on compensatory interest.
The measure, promoted by the General Directorate of Revenue, seeks to offer an accessible and transparent opportunity for residents to regularize their situation and support the city's development.
The program allows access to:
100% reduction of interest for those who pay off their debt in full.
50% reduction for those who opt for a plan of up to 3 installments.
This initiative covers debts corresponding to the General Real Estate municipal tax, Improvement Contribution, Sanitary Services municipal tax, and the Misdemeanors Court. It will be in effect until December 30, 2025.
The General Directorate of Revenue remarked that the objective of the plan is to facilitate regularization, strengthen tax awareness, and avoid surcharges or judicial processes, highlighting that every contribution from residents is transformed into works and services for the neighborhoods.
“Every income generated returns to the community in works, infrastructure, maintenance, and improvements for all citizens of Concordia,” stated the Director of Revenue, Fernando Marsicano.
Interested parties can now approach the offices of the General Directorate of Revenue, located at the Civic Center (Mitre and Pellegrini), or contact via WhatsApp at 345-414-3773 to check their debt and access the benefit. For the Sanitary Services municipal tax, visit the offices of the Decentralized Entity of Sanitary Works, San Lorenzo and Entre Ríos.
On the other hand, it is reminded that those taxpayers who comply with the payment of municipal taxes and pay the TGI within the first due date receive a 15% discount and participate bimonthly in the Good Taxpayer Raffle.
