The Bromatology Directorate of the Municipality of Concordia, under the Government Secretariat, will hold a Food Handling Course aimed at residents and workers involved in the preparation, commercialization, and handling of food products
The objective is to provide tools and knowledge regarding good hygiene and food safety practices, contributing to the prevention of foodborne illnesses and promoting the health care of the community.
The activity will take place next Saturday, July 25, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at School No. 4 Manuel José Lavardén, located at 2799 Laprida St., within the framework of the territorial approaches carried out by the Human Development Secretariat.
Spaces are limited, so interested parties must complete a prior registration at the offices of the Bromatology Directorate, located at 225 Roque Sáenz Peña St., second floor, between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
