The Municipality of Concordia, through the Directorate of Innovation and Knowledge Economy, informs that pre-registration is now open for a new stage of the Concordia Robotics Club, aimed at children and adolescents between 8 and 15 years old who wish to take their first steps into the world of robotics, programming, and technology.
The Robotics Club is a space for practical learning where participants experiment with different technological tools while developing skills such as logical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, programming, and teamwork, accompanied by a team of instructor coaches who guide them throughout the workshop.
The proposal is integrated within the framework of the "New Infrastructure and Development Plan Towards the Bicentennial" proposed by the Municipal Executive Branch and aims to promote digital inclusion from an early age.
All training paths will be held in person, with one weekly two-hour class, completing a total of eight sessions. The start of activities is scheduled for the last week of August.
It should be noted that this instance corresponds to pre-registration. Once this period has ended, a selection process will be carried out, and subsequently, families will receive an email informing them if the minor has obtained a spot, indicating the assigned location, day, and time. Those who are not selected in this stage will remain on a priority waiting list to be called upon in the event of new vacancies or in the next phase.
Those interested may complete the form with their details through the following link: https://bit.ly/4fXHc1s.
