The Municipality of Concordia continues to promote spaces for gathering, commercialization, and local development through new editions of fairs aimed at entrepreneurs, producers, and artisans of the city.
SOCIAL ECONOMY
During the month of April, a new edition of the Social Economy Entrepreneurs Fair will be held, organized by the Undersecretariat of Development and Entrepreneurship together with the Directorate of Cooperativism and Associativism.
The event will take place at Plaza 25 de Mayo, from 08:00 to 20:00, on the following days:
Thursday 9 and Friday 10
Thursday 16 and Friday 17
Thursday 23 and Friday 24
Entrepreneurs will offer a wide variety of local products, including baked goods, sweets, pasta, fish, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as handicrafts, plants, and sublimated products.
The Director of Cooperativism and Associativism, Ariel Gorostegui, highlighted the importance of these spaces and pointed out that “the fairs represent a fundamental tool to support local entrepreneurs, generate real commercialization opportunities, and strengthen associative work in our city”.
Likewise, he added that “from the municipality, we seek to consolidate economic circuits where the resident can access quality products and, at the same time, directly support the effort of those who produce and undertake in Concordia”.
PASEO DEL RÍO
On the other hand, on Sunday, April 12, a new edition of the Paseo del Río Fair will be held in the Playa Los Sauces area, on the Costanera of Concordia.
The fair will begin at 16:30, bringing together local entrepreneurs, artisans, and producers in a space designed for family gatherings, outdoor walks, and supporting local talent.
In this sense, Gorostegui remarked that “the Paseo del Río Fair complements the work we have been carrying out throughout the year, bringing the social economy also to recreational and tourist spaces of the city, generating greater visibility for our entrepreneurs”.
Both proposals are part of the policies promoted by the Municipality of Concordia to generate work opportunities, make regional production visible, and strengthen the economic and social fabric of the community.
Residents and visitors are invited to participate and support these initiatives that promote local development and the work of entrepreneurs from Concordia.
