The Municipality of Concordia, through the Undersecretariat of Education and Culture, informs that the Educational and Cultural Workshops are now underway in different neighborhoods of the city, a free proposal open to the entire community that seeks to promote learning, inclusion, and access to culture in every territory.
With a wide variety of options, the workshops are held in community spaces, multipurpose halls (SUM), libraries, and cultural centers, bringing training opportunities in both artistic disciplines and trades. Among the cultural proposals, there are workshops on guitar, folklore, singing and choir, rhythms, art, social makeup, children's reading, clay modeling, doll making, and recreational activities, among others.
For their part, the educational workshops include training in electricity, plumbing, sewing, knitting, hairdressing, baking, saddlery, personal care, as well as spaces oriented toward entrepreneurial development and proposals linked to gastronomy and services.
These initiatives are carried out in numerous neighborhoods of the city, consolidating a public policy that brings education and culture to every corner, generating spaces for meeting, training, and participation for residents of all ages.
Regarding the participation method, it was reported that prior registration is not required: those who wish to join only need to go directly to the location, day, and time of the workshop of their interest, as indicated in the schedule, and can begin immediately.
