This corresponds to a maneuver by unscrupulous individuals carrying out a clear attempt at fraud, as the participation of vendors is completely free, without having to pay any fee, as promoted by Mayor Francisco Azcué and approved by the Deliberative Council in last Thursday's session.
Anyone who has received or receives this type of message is requested not to respond or make any type of payment.
