The Municipality of Concordia, through the Undersecretariat of Education and Culture, inaugurated the Itinerant Exhibition of Entre Ríos Vexillology at the “Malviccino” Arts Hall, a proposal that tours different towns in the province and invites visitors to learn about the identity and history of each community through its flags.
The exhibition is being held within the framework of joint work with the Secretariat of Culture of the Province of Entre Ríos, which promotes this initiative aimed at valuing local symbols and promoting the recognition of the cultural diversity of Entre Ríos.
During the opening, the Undersecretariat of Education and Culture highlighted that the arrival of this exhibition in Concordia “allows the public to access an educational and heritage proposal that rescues the roots of our towns and reinforces the sense of belonging to the province.” Furthermore, the importance of continuing to create spaces that integrate the artistic, the historical, and the communal in a single tour was emphasized.
The exhibition brings together official flags from municipalities and communes of Entre Ríos, along with a brief summary of their meanings, colors, and distinctive elements. Each of them represents a part of the collective construction of the provincial identity.
The Itinerant Exhibition of Entre Ríos Vexillology can be visited until December 19, from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with free admission.
The “Malviccino” Arts Hall is open to educational institutions, groups, and the general public who wish to visit this cultural and educational proposal promoted jointly by the provincial government and the municipal government.
