The Municipality of Concordia, through the Department of Policies for the Elderly, invites the community to participate in an Outdoor Yoga Session, a proposal aimed at promoting healthy habits, comprehensive well-being, and the use of public spaces as areas for gathering and recreation.
The activity, free of charge, will take place on Sunday, May 3rd, at 4:00 PM, at the gazebo in Plaza 25 de Mayo. The session will be led by instructor María Noemí Oneto and is intended for people of all ages, with no prior experience required.
The head of the Department of Policies for the Elderly, Gladys Portugal, highlighted that “these proposals seek to create spaces for physical and emotional well-being, fostering community participation and meetings between residents in a healthy environment.” Likewise, she noted that “the objective is to provide accessible activities that contribute to improving quality of life and strengthening social bonds.”
The municipal department indicated that the session will be a space to reconnect with the body and breathing, promoting moments of relaxation and balance in contact with nature.
The activity will be free and non-fee-based. It is recommended to bring a mate, a blanket or a chair, as well as water or mate for greater comfort during the practice.
