Also speaking will be Carolina Méndez, a nutritionist and specialist in Neuroscience, who will address the relationship between nutrition and well-being from a comprehensive perspective, promoting a more conscious and healthy relationship with the body and food.
For their part, Victoria Alonso and Paola, from the Gestionup team, will speak about entrepreneurship and financial autonomy, highlighting the importance of women developing their own economic projects and acquiring tools for financial decision-making.
The conference will also feature the participation of Roxana González, a designer and haute couture dressmaker, who will give a presentation on personal image and style, highlighting how the way each woman dresses and perceives herself impacts her self-esteem and well-being.
Likewise, a space dedicated to physical activity and health will be presented through audiovisual material sent by specialists Martín Méndez, Alejandro Ricagno, and Nahuel Bordón, who will share content on the importance of sports for physical and emotional balance.
