The Directorate of Innovation and Knowledge Economy, part of the Special Unit for Strategic Projects of the Municipality of Concordia, informs that registration is now open for a new edition of the Academia Santex programs.
The QA Manual program is a training course to get started in the world of software testing. You will learn to identify errors, create test cases, document findings, and work in a team to ensure product quality before its launch.
This option presents an excellent opportunity for those who are not yet familiar with the technology sector, as no prior knowledge is required. Furthermore, participants can start as junior testers and later specialize in automation, quality management, or security.
XAcademy Dev is focused on teaching programming and software construction skills. It usually includes languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java, and addresses key concepts such as programming logic, data structures, version control, web development, and agile methodologies, with the goal of preparing students to create technological solutions or work in development teams.
Automated QA is the process of verifying that software functions correctly using tools and scripts that execute tests automatically. Unlike manual testing, it allows for time savings, improved test coverage, and faster error detection, especially in large projects or those with frequent updates.
The start is scheduled for the last week of May and the programs have a duration of ten weeks, with a 100% virtual and asynchronous modality, with recorded classes available on the platform, adaptable to each participant's pace.
It should also be noted that upon completing the program and meeting the participation requirements, a digital certificate issued by XAcademy, Fundación Tecnología con Propósito, Santex, and partner organizations is awarded.
