This Wednesday, the scheduled departures of fruit workers from the city of Concordia to the provinces of Río Negro and Neuquén concluded normally, within the framework of the transfer operation promoted jointly by the Municipality of Concordia and the Government of the Province of Entre Ríos.
During the various scheduled days, the buses departed from the Concordia Bus Terminal at full capacity, ensuring an orderly, safe, and timely transfer for the previously registered workers, who headed to perform duties in the fruit sector of the Argentine south.
In this regard, the Director of Employment of the Municipality of Concordia, Juan Manuel Scarzello, highlighted the positive outcome of the operation: “Today we can say that we have finished this process with great satisfaction. Everything went according to plan, which shows that when there is management, organization, and joint work between the municipality and the province, results are achieved and directly benefit the workers.”
Likewise, Scarzello remarked on the importance of joint work between the different levels of the State: “This operation is a concrete example of a present State, which accompanies workers from the first moment, facilitating access to employment and strengthening labor ties with other regions of the country.”
From the Municipality of Concordia, the commitment of the technical and administrative teams that made each of the departures possible was especially valued, as well as the responsibility of the workers who complied with the requirements and the established organization.
