The Autonomous Institute of Planning and Housing (IAPV) delivered property titles for their homes to 60 families in Concordia and 18 in Colonia Ayuí. The event takes place within the framework of actions aimed at advancing the ownership regularization of housing groups built by the agency.
The acts were attended by the president of the IAPV, Manuel Schönhals; the mayors of Concordia, Francisco Azcué, and Colonia Ayuí, José Marticorena; the vice-mayor of Concordia, Magdalena Reta de Urquiza; the provincial senator, Gloria Cozzi; the board member of the agency, José Antonio Artusi; the director of the Salto Grande Regional office, Alfonso Sa, among other authorities and beneficiary families.
In this regard, Schönhals remarked that "together with Governor Rogelio Frigerio, we continue working to advance ownership regularization and complete the documentation for homes that still have this pending procedure, because we want every family to have the legal security provided by the deed".
For his part, Mayor Azcué highlighted "the role of a present State that works so that many families can regularize their ownership status", and pointed out that this "gives them peace of mind, but also the possibility to grow, plan, and develop".
Meanwhile, the municipal president of Colonia Ayuí, José Marticorena, valued the delivery of the property titles and highlighted the importance of continuing to support families in the process of ownership regularization of their homes.
