With an excellent turnout and outstanding participation from entrepreneurs, artists, and residents, a new edition of the Paseo del Río Fair, Autumn Edition, was held this Sunday, organized by the Municipality of Concordia through the Undersecretariat of Development and Entrepreneurship.
The event took place at the Plazoleta de las Américas, where hundreds of families and visitors enjoyed an afternoon outdoors visiting the various stands of local entrepreneurs, artisans, and producers, consolidating this space as a meeting point for the promotion of local work and the strengthening of the regional economy.
During the day, the public enthusiastically supported the artistic program, which included the performance of the Danzas de mi Tierra Folkloric Ballet, directed by Carolina Ferreira, the musical show by singer Jorge Rodríguez, and the closing with pure rhythm by the band La Don César. The event was hosted by announcer Mario Cáceres.
In this context, Andrea Popelka, Coordinator of the Paseo del Río Fair, highlighted the great turnout and the support of the community: “We are very happy with the public's response. Each edition demonstrates the growth of the fair and the commitment of local entrepreneurs who find here a space to showcase and market their work.”
Likewise, she pointed out that these types of proposals “allow for the creation of real opportunities for entrepreneurial development, promoting local consumption and strengthening the bonds between residents, artists, and producers.”
From the organization, they remarked that the Paseo del Río Fair continues to consolidate itself as a space for meeting, recreation, and cultural promotion, reaffirming the municipal commitment to support and boost initiatives that strengthen the local productive fabric.
In this way, the fair once again positions itself as an open proposal for the entire Concordia community, combining entrepreneurship, culture, and recreation in a family-friendly environment.
