On the occasion of the National Day of Sanitary Works Workers being commemorated this Friday, May 15, EDOS reported that the agency will not provide services, with only emergency on-call shifts operating.
May 15 marks the “Sanitary Works Worker's Day,” a date established in 1947 during the first presidency of Juan Domingo Perón, in commemoration of the first pipeline laying works and the first water treatment plant, both initiated on May 15, 1874.
For this reason, the staff of the Decentralized Sanitary Works Entity of Concordia will have a holiday, with only emergency on-call shifts operating to ensure the continuity of the service.
