To continue experiencing the weekend and the national holidays related to the date, the Permanent Carnival Entity organized a closing party for the 2022 edition that will take place on Sunday, February 27, at the “Atanasio Bonfiglio”. “It will be the first edition of the “Carnival Party” to be held at the city's Corsódromo,” began Miguel Guitar, executive director of the Permanent Carnival Entity, adding that “it is a party for all the members, the carnival participants, and everyone who is part of this great popular celebration.”
Next, Guitar confirmed that “popular tickets with access to the grandstand and the Corsódromo track will cost $500, while those for the VIP sector will cost $1500” anddetailed that “the sale will take place on Saturday at the Corsódromo ticket offices from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and in the afternoon from 7:00 p.m.”
On the other hand, the official reported that “all members who are accredited and have participated in the sixth night of the Carnival, on Saturday, February 26, will be able to enter for free by presenting the accreditation wristband.”
The evening will have as its main attraction the show of the Concordia carnival drum sections, the participation of dancers and muses from regional carnivals, and a samba circle that will be in charge of “La Trajinada” and “Resenha de samba”. In addition, renowned DJs will play and “La Kuppé” will close the night.
