The Undersecretariat of Development and Entrepreneurship of the Municipality of Concordia will carry out a new session of the Family Agroecological Gardens Program, an initiative that seeks to promote the production of healthy food, strengthen the family economy, and encourage sustainable practices in the city's neighborhoods.
The activity, open to the entire community, will take place on Wednesday, May 20, with meetings at two points in the city. At 10:00 a.m., the technical team will be present in the Camba Paso neighborhood, at the “Pancita Llena” soup kitchen and snack center, located at ARA Santa Fe and Chacho Villalba, house No. 1763. Subsequently, at 3:30 p.m., the session will continue in the Mendieta neighborhood.
During the meetings, technical advice, support, and practical tools for the creation and strengthening of family and community gardens will be provided, promoting food sovereignty, environmental care, and collective work among residents.
The program is part of the public policies promoted by the municipality to generate social inclusion, local production, and sustainable development, bringing training and opportunities to different sectors of the community.
The activity is free of charge and is intended for residents, entrepreneurs, neighborhood institutions, and all those interested in starting or strengthening their agroecological gardens.
