During this Tuesday, Mayor Francisco Azcué participated in the delivery of the second semester 2025 management report of the Mixed Administration Entity of the Industrial Park of Concordia (EMAPI) as well as the presentation of the main objectives for the first stage of next year.
Part of the projected actions represent a continuity of what was achieved this year, where the new Industrial Park regulations and the Industrial Promotion Ordinance began to be implemented; progress was made in a new subdivision, expanding the area available for sale; the Effluent Treatment Plant was reactivated with an investment exceeding 52 million pesos, and complementary works were executed that allowed for infrastructure improvements.
Azcué recalled that one of the axes of government is productive development, where the private sector plays a fundamental role in the city's growth: “you are the true protagonists because you are the ones who plan, dream, invest, and generate sources of genuine employment.”
“As a State, we must be facilitators, and we are working so that there are better conditions every time. This year we advanced with many measures that will be consolidated and deepened during 2026. We want this Industrial Park to be one of the best, and we can do it because we have potential,” highlighted Azcué.
RESULTS
For his part, the president of EMAPI, Luis Kolarik, stressed that “in these two years, we have worked tirelessly with the Secretariat of Productive Development, overcoming numerous inherited difficulties. Thanks to the economic support of the current municipal administration, which upon taking office owed 14 months, we managed to improve the park's infrastructure.”
In that sense, he added that it was possible to put “the 500,000-liter water supply storage tank in optimal operating conditions; the paving work was completed, and more than 250 meters of missing perimeter fencing were replaced. We have also reached a solid administrative balance, with no internal debts, neither with suppliers nor with the rest of the service providers,” highlighted Kolarik.
The head of EMAPI pointed out that “in parallel, the Deliberative Council approved the new park regulations and a new Industrial Promotion ordinance, so we have gained visibility, competitiveness, and prestige, offering services on par with other industrial hubs in the country, backed by a strategic and unbeatable geopolitical location.”
OBJECTIVES
Among the objectives proposed for the first semester of 2026, Kolaric pointed out that “the continuity of missing service works and improvements in the park's infrastructure were established so that the established companies produce more and better, but at the same time, to continue with the visibility actions of our industrial area with the purpose of attracting new investments.”
During this year, EMAPI participated in different events such as “Somos Industria 2025,” which took place within the framework of the first Industrial Parks Expo and the first National Congress of Industrial Parks, organized by the Red Parques of the Argentine Republic and “Concordia Produce 2025.”
RECOGNITIONS
On the occasion, recognitions were presented to the companies that have been established since the beginning of the park:

SIE S.R.L., for its uninterrupted work since 1995, promoting the development and growth of our city.
VECCHIO S.R.L. for its 29 years of work generating wealth and sources of employment.
Vice Mayor Magdalena Reta de Urquiza; Government Secretary Luciano Dell´Olio; Secretary of Productive Development Federico Schattenhofer; members of the EMAPI board of directors, as well as representatives of different companies established in the area, were present.
