Within the framework of the Infrastructure and Development Plan towards the Bicentennial, the Municipality of Concordia continues to consolidate institutional ties to strengthen its execution. In this context, the mayor Francisco Azcué held a working meeting with representatives of the College of Civil Engineering Professionals of Entre Ríos (CPICER).
The meeting was attended by the Secretary of Public Works, Fernando Esquibel, while the professional entity was represented by the president of the Northwest Regional Board of Directors, Amir Noir, and the titular member Juan Manuel Sagasti.
After the meeting, Esquibel highlighted that one of the central axes was the technical articulation regarding the strategic plan: “The College offered their technical collaboration, with data evaluation and institutional contributions that are very valuable to us,” he noted.
Along these lines, he underscored the importance of joint work with specialized institutions: “We value the experience they have as an entity and we receive their contributions very positively, because they allow us to strengthen the management and execution capacity of the projects we are carrying out and that will be developed throughout the year.”
Furthermore, during the meeting, aspects related to the Urban Planning Code were addressed, a key tool for the planned growth of the city. “It is a fundamental issue to accompany the development of Concordia with technical criteria and a forward-looking perspective,” the official concluded.
