Within the framework of the outreach actions with the entrepreneurial sector of Concordia, the Municipality, through the Directorate of Cooperativism and Associativism of the Secretariat of Productive Development, presented the programs and tools aimed at supporting entrepreneurs in the city to second-year students of the Gastronomic Management degree at the National University of Entre Ríos (UNER).
The activity was developed following an invitation from the FCAI-UNER Extension Secretariat, led by professor Celeste Stirnemann, creating an exchange space where students could learn about the different alternatives offered by the Municipality for those who are developing or planning to start a business.
Representing the Secretariat of Productive Development, Miguel Parra, head of the Social Economy Department, and technicians Alejandro Martínez and Martín Denis participated.
During the session, the various municipal programs aimed at supporting and strengthening entrepreneurship were presented, providing information on the tools available to start, develop, and consolidate productive and commercial projects.
Likewise, issues related to the procedures and requirements for commercial and sanitary authorization, alternatives for accessing microcredits, available spaces and commercialization channels, and the technical advice provided by the Municipality were addressed.
Parra highlighted the importance of bringing these tools to students: “These spaces allow those who are training to learn about the tools the Municipality has to support the entrepreneurs of Concordia. It is important that students know not only the financing possibilities, but also everything related to formalization, authorizations, commercialization, and technical advice.”
In this sense, he pointed out that “the goal is for future professionals to have access to concrete information that can be useful both for their own projects and to support other entrepreneurs, especially in activities linked to the gastronomic sector.”
The Directorate of Cooperativism and Associativism highlighted the importance of continuing to generate instances of articulation with educational institutions, bringing municipal policies and tools closer to those who are in the process of professional training.
The session also allowed for a direct exchange with the students, who were able to ask questions and clear up doubts about the different aspects that must be considered when starting and developing a gastronomic venture.
In this way, the Municipality continues to strengthen the link with educational institutions and provide tools for support, advice, and promotion of entrepreneurship, contributing to the development of the productive and commercial fabric of Concordia.
