As a result of a coordination process promoted by the Employment Directorate of the Municipality of Concordia together with the company Hardward S.A., more than 60 people participated in job selection stages and 17 of them have already been hired. The initiative strengthens the link between the State and the private sector to generate genuine employment and new opportunities for labor insertion in the city.
The Employment Directorate of the Municipality of Concordia carried out an important process of advising and personnel selection together with the company Hardward S.A., to fill job positions linked to the cleaning and maintenance sector.
As a result of this joint work, 17 people were selected and hired directly by the firm, consolidating new opportunities for labor insertion for residents of the city.
Hardward S.A. is a company with 27 years of experience dedicated to providing cleaning services in housing complexes, consortia, clubs, companies, offices, institutions, health centers, educational establishments, industrial parks, industrial plants, buildings, ports, banks, dealerships, and construction site completions, among other spaces.
During the onboarding, the workers received the corresponding safety equipment and tools necessary to perform their duties, guaranteeing adequate conditions for the development of work tasks.
The Director of Employment, Juan Manuel Scarzello, highlighted the work carried out during the entire selection process: “From the Municipality, we provided comprehensive support, which ranged from the call and interviews to the referral of profiles according to the company's needs. These types of actions reflect the commitment we have to generating genuine job opportunities for the residents of Concordia”.
Likewise, he remarked on the importance of the link with the private sector: “Work between the State and the companies that trust in our capabilities is fundamental. These articulations allow us to strengthen local employment and continue building tools for labor insertion”.
These activities are part of the Infrastructure and Development Plan towards the Bicentennial, promoted by the municipal administration with the objective of promoting productive development, job creation, and the strengthening of opportunities for the residents of Concordia.
