Mayor Francisco Azcué instructed the Legal and Technical Undersecretariat, under the Government Secretariat, to initiate the corresponding administrative actions that established the suspension and the opening of an administrative case file against municipal agent Escayola Enrique Ramón, who is under investigation for being part of a criminal gang committing robberies in our city and for having been convicted of illegal possession of a firearm.
The Decree states that “these regrettable events are of tremendous and unusual gravity, as the good conduct and decorum that must exist within the Municipality of Concordia have been violated”.
Therefore, an administrative case file was opened against the person responsible, and the worker's suspension from his job position was ordered for a period of 45 days, without pay, until the administrative case file progresses.
