A delegation from the Concordia Carnival, together with Emcontur, was present at the launch of the province's 2019 summer season held in Buenos Aires, and together with members of the carnivals of Entre Ríos, they brought color and passion to the presentation. The dancers of the most passionate carnival were accompanied by the Batería Nota 10, the last winner in the 2018 edition, who infected the locals with pure rhythm.
This Thursday, the official launch of the 2019 summer season of Entre Ríos took place to the sound of the carnival, and local dancers were present at the activity promoted by the provincial government with the aim of disseminating the attractions of Entre Ríos. The Carnival Board, together with the Tourism Secretariat of the Municipality and Emcontur, were present promoting the attractions, festivals, and events, and the city as a thermal destination under the slogan "Share Concordia. Thermal Spa", within the framework of the actions promoted by the administration of mayor Enrique Cresto.
Local dancers to the rhythm of the Batería “Nota 10” gave a sublime show in front of the Casa de Entre Ríos, which was joined by dancers from the carnivals of different cities in Entre Ríos, and they had the pleasure of closing the evening of the Night of the Provincial Houses by showing their costumes and the passion that characterizes the local carnival.
Agustina Barrio, the person in charge of wearing the crown of the 2018 edition of the Concordia Carnival, explained that the delegation from Concordia, as in each of the opportunities in which promotions are organized outside the city, was made up of representatives of the four comparsas that bring the nights of the "Atanasio Bonfiglio" Corsódromo to life, and that on this occasion the battery of the Imperio comparsa was also invited, for being the current champion in that category. “We bring the Concordia carnival all together, members of different comparsas, representing the same festival,” she stressed.
the current sovereign said that in addition to the official presentation at the Casa de Entre Ríos, together with provincial government authorities, and contacts with the press, "promotions were carried out on the streets of Buenos Aires until reaching the Obelisk", and "a show was held in front of the Casa de Entre Ríos" that attracted the gaze and applause of everyone.
Agustina also valued that the presentation led the local dancers to provide a show together with dancers from other locations, establishing bonds of relationship throughout the province.
Regarding her role as queen of the local festival, she remarked that “we have been working a lot with the Board representing the Carnival at different festivals, events, and cities”. And to finish, she invited all the residents of Concordia to the National Citriculture Festival, where this Saturday at the fairgrounds of the Convention Center "we will be there on Saturday giving a special show".
