The objective of this training session is to strengthen good handling practices and ensure the safety of food produced and sold in the city, promoting food safety and compliance with current regulations.

For his part, the Director of Employment, Juan Manuel Scarzello, highlighted the importance of this training for those who work in activities related to the preparation and commercialization of food: “This course is a fundamental tool to ensure that every venture, business, or worker in the food sector complies with the hygiene and safety standards required by regulations. From the municipality, we continue to promote training spaces to improve the quality of the products that reach the residents and support those who seek to strengthen their job opportunities.”
Registration will be carried out in person at the Employment Directorate, in the same Civic Center building. Spaces are limited.
