The Municipality of Concordia, through the Department of Social Economy and the Coordination of the Feria del Río, has initiated a support phase for entrepreneurs participating in local fairs. This week, personalized visits to artisanal production workshops began, touring prominent ventures.
On this first day, visits were made to Claudia Rodríguez, with her venture “Hilo y Sueños” for fabric and plaster crafts; Andreina Moreni, dedicated to sewing; and Graciela Castillo, with her knitting venture “La Castillo”.
Support for entrepreneurs aims to strengthen local projects through a series of training sessions and workshops that will be held throughout 2026. Likewise, it seeks to create a space for dialogue, where the needs and suggestions of each entrepreneur are heard and taken into account for the growth of their businesses.
Miguel Parra, Head of the Department of Social Economy, highlighted: “This support allows us to have a direct link with each entrepreneur, listen to them, and work together to offer new tools that boost their growth”.
For her part, Andrea Popelka, coordinator of the Feria del Río, remarked: “The fairs are a vital space for entrepreneurs; this support will allow us to enhance their projects and create new learning opportunities”.
From the Municipality, the commitment to continue promoting the social economy is reaffirmed, generating policies that support those who bet on local work and production.
For more information, interested parties can approach the offices of the Directorate of Cooperativism and Associativism, located on the first floor of the Civic Center (Mitre and Pellegrini), from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
