Until November 7, the Citizen Participation stage of the 2025 Youth Council program, promoted by the local Deliberative Council, is taking place. The great novelty is that, for the first time for the Youth Council, the online voting system designed by the municipality is being implemented. This system, already used successfully in other citizen participation instances, is now debuting in the youth sphere to guarantee maximum transparency and facilitate voting access for all residents of Concordia.
Citizenship, Judge of Proposals in a Click
With this innovation, the city takes a crucial step in fostering open government and youth participation. The residents of Concordia have the floor to decide which projects developed by high school students deserve special legislative support.
Citizens can access the digital voting system through the website of the Municipality of Concordia to learn about the proposals in detail and cast their vote quickly and securely.
The project that achieves the highest number of votes online will receive a special mention and, most importantly, will gain direct access to legislative consideration in the Deliberative Council, transforming the young people's idea into a possible municipal ordinance.

Special Mentions for Innovation and Commitment
Other proposals were highlighted for their originality and contribution to the educational community, although they did not advance to the citizen vote:
This program is developed within the framework of joint work with the Fundación País Abierto y Digital (PAD), promoted by the Directorate of Financing and Open Data, Undersecretariat of Treasury and Modernization, with the clear objective of promoting open government policies and citizen participation from the grassroots.
The community is invited to actively participate in this historic digital vote, laying the foundations for the implementation of innovative public policies in Concordia.
