Residents can now pay for various procedures through the Citizen Portal, in a simple, fast way, available 24 hours a day.
The Municipality of Concordia has incorporated a new digital payment system that allows residents to pay for course registration, services, and the use of municipal facilities online, without the need to travel.
Procedures such as Bromatology Rights: Registration of food products, Renewal of inspection records, Food Handling Course or Other Training, Certified specific training, Registration of food processing establishments and food carts, Authorization or re-authorization for the transport of food substances, among others, can be paid directly from the Citizen Portal, providing greater convenience and agility. Use of sports facilities: Municipal Athletes' Hostel, Municipal Gymnasium, Electrocardiogram, Ergometry and Athlete's Gymnasium, Boxing or Judo classes
To use this tool, residents must log in to the Citizen Portal with their username and password, or access it through the ARCA system using their CUIT and tax password. Once inside, they must go to the “Concordia Servicios” option and select “Realizar Pago”.
From there, the system allows searching for the service to be paid, choosing the corresponding option if more than one alternative exists, and viewing a summary with all the data before confirming the operation.
Payment can be made through different authorized means, such as VEP via ARCA —available 24 hours a day— or the Plus Pagos platform, following the steps indicated in each case.
Once credited, the system will indicate the status “Pago Verificado” and will allow downloading the receipt, which includes a QR code to validate the operation. This receipt must be presented at the corresponding municipal office.
In addition, users will be able to consult their payment history in the “Mis Movimientos” section, where they will also have the option to reprint receipts whenever they need to.
The municipality reminded of the importance of using only official channels for the payment of services, municipal taxes, and fees, with the aim of guaranteeing the security of each operation.
