The Municipality of Concordia delivered certificates of completion for the first edition of Concordia.Negocios, a program promoted by the Secretariat of Productive Development within the framework of the Infrastructure and Development Plan towards the Bicentennial (PIB), aimed at strengthening the management capabilities of entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises in the city.
The ceremony was held at the Faculty of Administration Sciences of the National University of Entre Ríos (UNER), with the participation of the mayor Francisco Azcué, the dean of said faculty, Javier Coulleri, the dean of the National Technological University (UTN), Concordia Regional Faculty, Fabián Andrés Avid, and representatives of the institutions that supported the initiative.
More than 25 entrepreneurs and representatives of local SMEs participated in this first edition, taking part in a training proposal designed to work on the concrete needs of their businesses, incorporate management tools, and strengthen their growth possibilities.
“This program represents a political decision to support the private sector with concrete tools, training, and articulated work between the State, universities, and institutions so that new opportunities for investment and job creation are generated. We are committed to knowledge, innovation, and productive development as engines of our city's growth,” remarked the mayor Azcué.
CONCRETE TOOLS TO STRENGTHEN BUSINESSES
Concordia.Negocios was conceived as a training space intended for those who already have an undertaking or a company in operation and are looking to improve their organization, professionalize their processes, and develop new strategies to consolidate their activity.
The proposal was developed under a 100% in-person modality, with practical workshops and activities applied to each business. The objective was for participants to be able to transfer the acquired knowledge to real situations, identify difficulties, and recognize opportunities for improvement in their undertakings.
Among the axes addressed, the diagnosis and validation of businesses stood out, a work oriented so that each participant could recognize with greater clarity what need their product or service solves, who it is aimed at, and what value it offers to its customers.
This approach allowed placing the reality of each undertaking at the center of the training, promoting the analysis of their proposals, the review of their processes, and the incorporation of criteria to make decisions with more information.
The delivery of certificates recognized the journey made by the participants and the commitment assumed during the training instances.
ARTICULATION
The program was developed through joint work between the Municipality of Concordia, the National Technological University (UTN), the National University of Entre Ríos (UNER), the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI), the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of Entre Ríos, and the Center of Commerce, Industry and Services of Concordia.
This articulation allowed for the gathering of technical, academic, and institutional knowledge to offer a proposal linked to the needs of those who produce, invest, and generate economic activity in the city.
The participation of universities and entities of the productive sector constitutes a central component of Concordia.Negocios, by linking training with institutional experience and the daily challenges faced by entrepreneurs and SMEs.
TUTORING TO ACCOMPANY ENTREPRENEURS UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR
As part of the continuity of the program, a tutoring stage was announced that will extend until the end of the year and will be aimed at those who participated in this first edition.
The accompaniment will seek to provide continuity to the work carried out during the training, with monitoring of the progress of each business and guidance to apply the tools incorporated throughout the meetings.
This instance will allow for deepening the contents addressed, reviewing the difficulties that arise during their implementation, and continuing to work on concrete aspects of the management of each undertaking.
In this way, Concordia.Negocios proposes to extend the learning process beyond the in-person sessions, favoring the practical application of knowledge and the accompaniment of projects in a key stage for their consolidation.
NEW COHORT AND CONCORDIA.NEGOCIOS RURAL
During the closing, the realization of a new cohort of Concordia.Negocios was also anticipated, with the objective of expanding the reach of the proposal and providing more entrepreneurs and SMEs of Concordia the possibility of accessing tools to strengthen and professionalize their businesses.
Likewise, the future realization of Concordia.Negocios Rural was announced, a new line of work that will seek to extend this training and accompaniment proposal to the rural environment, incorporating the particularities and challenges of those who carry out productive activities in that sector.
The initiative plans to expand training opportunities and strengthen the management capabilities of actors linked to rural production, in line with the municipal strategy of promoting the economic and productive development of the territory.
Both announcements represent a continuity of the work started with the first edition and propose new spaces to bring practical tools to different sectors of the local economy.
With this initiative, the Municipality of Concordia, through the Secretariat of Productive Development, continues to promote training, accompaniment, and institutional articulation actions aimed at strengthening entrepreneurs, SMEs, and productive actors, promoting better conditions to consolidate their projects and generate new growth opportunities in the city and the region.
