This Saturday, January 20, the most passionate carnival in the country begins. Emperatriz, Ráfaga, Bella Samba, and Imperio are already prepared to take to the track, and the Atanasio Bonfiglio Corsódromo grounds are ready to welcome the entire public.
The 2024 edition brings many new features, one of which is the raffle of a house on the final night. This was achieved through the Carnival Entity, which managed an agreement with a major housing construction company in order to add value to the great festival of passions. In contact with the company Viviendas Roca, they reached an agreement that promotes the raffle of a 36-square-meter American-style house through the purchase of a voucher.
“It is a voucher that seeks for people, for the modest sum of 2,000 pesos, to be able to participate and who knows, become one of the semifinalists to reach the final night with the possibility of winning a house. Sales started on Wednesday and the reality is that a lot is being sold,” stated Luis Sánchez, president of the Carnival Entity.
For her part, Analía Lebrero, from Viviendas Roca, thanked the Municipality of Concordia for making them sponsors of the Carnival, explaining that “we are going to raffle a 36-square-meter American-style Viviendas Roca house, with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and dining room. The house will be raffled on the last night of the carnival among all the people who have bought vouchers; they will be participating starting this Saturday and will continue consecutively every weekend of the carnival,” noting that each voucher has two numbers. The winner must “have a plot of land, a slab, or a space where the house can be installed.”
POINTS OF SALE
Regarding the places where to acquire the voucher, she specified: “The points of sale are in Plaza 25 de Mayo, there are people who will be selling; at the Viviendas Roca office itself at 847 Urquiza, at the corner of Salta, and also inside the Corsódromo. The sellers are duly identified with the company's yellow and red t-shirts and caps.”
