With free admission, the official launch of the Concordia Carnival will take place this Sunday, January 19th. The event will feature the festival's comparsas, and the venue will be the amphitheater at the Costanera of our city.
There are very few days left before the start of the Concordia Carnival, the greatest summer festival in Concordia, which promises six nights of pure rhythm, passion, and samba at the “Atanasio Bonfiglio” Corsódromo.
To start feeling the excitement of what will be a new edition of the festival, the official launch of the Concordia carnival will be held on Sunday, January 19th, starting at 8:00 PM at the amphitheater at the Costanera of Concordia.
Participating in the event will be the comparsas Emperatriz, Bella Samba, Ráfaga, and Imperio, with each group providing a show where they will present their figures, percussion section, and samba enredo, offering a preview of their performance on the local Corsódromo avenue.
In addition, the arrival of queens from other carnivals near our city is expected, with the aim of establishing ties with popular festivals in the region, along with many more surprises.
So that it can be enjoyed by everyone and to experience the lead-up to the start of the parades, this activity will be held with free admission. Inside the amphitheater grounds, the comparsas will have a canteen so that everyone can collaborate with each carnival group in raising funds that will be used to complete the work of each one.
