The Carnival Entity informs that the ticket exchange for the 2024 edition will be enabled on Monday, January 15, starting at 11:00 a.m. at Caja Mixta, located at 68 Quintana Street, during regular business hours.
Due to an error issued from the carnival email, it was erroneously communicated that today, Friday, January 12, the exchange of payment coupons for physical tickets would begin. It should be clarified that the email is sent automatically and due to a system error, the date remained outdated.
On the other hand, we request the public to attend with the corresponding payment coupon and their DNI, in order to be able to deliver the physical ticket.
