The Municipality of Concordia, through the Directorate of Bromatology, informs and reminds all merchants in the food sector that any person who carries out activities through which they are or could be in contact with food, must have a valid food handler's card.
It is reminded that said card currently has a validity of three years and constitutes an essential requirement to guarantee adequate conditions of hygiene and food safety, both in the production and commercialization of products.
Likewise, it is indicated that to obtain it, it is necessary to take a training course, which requires prior registration.
