WHEREAS the need to have qualified personnel in the Mass Notifications Dept. and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That in this regard, it is necessary to reassign the Municipal Agent, Mr. Cracco Leonardo Daniel, National Identity Document No. 29,678,307, File No. 4718, from the Undersecretariat of Social Development, which reports to the Secretariat of Human Development, and assign him to the Mass Notifications Dept., which reports to the Government Secretariat.
That the Government Secretariat has granted its approval for the requested transfer.
That in accordance with the above and by virtue of the need for the reallocation of human resources and to have qualified personnel in the, it is deemed appropriate to issue this provision.
That this measure is issued in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107, subsections b), h), ñ), q) and u) of Law No. 10,027, as amended by Law No. 10,082 - Municipalities Regime of the Province of Entre Ríos.-
 
Therefore,
 
THE MUNICIPAL PRESIDENT
DECREES:
 
ARTICLE 1.- Reassign the Municipal Agent, Mr. Cracco Leonardo Daniel, National Identity Document No. 29,678,307, File No. 4718, from the Undersecretariat of Social Development, which reports to the Secretariat of Human Development, and assign him to the Mass Notifications Dept., which reports to the Government Secretariat, effective from the issuance of this Decree.-
 
ARTICLE 2.- Include within the scope of the agreement duly signed with the Mass Notifications personnel through Decree 273/2023 under Code 699.
 
ARTICLE 3°.- Establish that the transfer expenses of the aforementioned agent shall be charged to item 3.1.50.01.01.01 – Sub L Y T – Gov. Secretariat
 
ARTICLE 4.- Forward to the Human Resources Directorate for their knowledge, registration, and notification; once completed, inform the Mass Notifications Dept. reporting to the Government Secretariat, and the Payroll Directorate reporting to the Cabinet and Treasury Coordination Secretariat for the purposes of their settlement, and duly archive as a record in the personal file of the Municipal Agent, Mr. Cracco Leonardo Daniel, National Identity Document No. 29,678,307, File No. 4718.

WHEREAS the transfer requested by the monthly Agent MARIA JULIETA IGLESIAS, File No. 5488, in internal administrative case file No. 22 "I"/2026, and;
 
CONSIDERING:
That the monthly Agent MARIA JULIETA IGLESIAS, File No. 5488, D.N.I No. 27,531,547, reporting to the Undersecretariat of Social Development, requests her transfer to the Department of Territorial Logistics and Light Vehicles, both offices reporting to the Secretariat of Human Development.
That the Undersecretariat of Social Development and the Department of Territorial Logistics and Light Vehicles have stated that there are no objections to the transfer of the interested party.
That on page 4, the Human Resources Directorate reports that Agent Iglesias María Julieta, File No. 5488, D.N.I No. 27,531,547, has been providing services in this Municipality since March 1, 2012. She serves as monthly personnel, category 15°, reporting to the Undersecretariat of Social Development.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107 of Law No. 10,027/11 and its amendment Law No. 10,082, Municipalities Regime of Entre Ríos. According to the Consolidated Text (T.O.) of Decree No. 4706/12 of the Provincial Executive Power.
 
Therefore,
 
THE MUNICIPAL PRESIDENT
DECREES:
 
ARTICLE 1.- Reassign the monthly Agent MARIA JULIETA IGLESIAS, File No. 5488, D.N.I No. 27,531,547, from the Undersecretariat of Social Development and assign her to the Department of Territorial Logistics and Light Vehicles, both offices reporting to the Secretariat of Human Development, for the reasons invoked in the recitals of this document.
 
ARTICLE 2- Charge what is approved in Article 1 to the budget item: 3.1.90.01.01.01. Human Development 24.
 
ARTICLE 3 - Forward to the Human Resources Directorate for their knowledge, registration, and notification. Once completed, communicate to the Payroll Directorate, the Department of Territorial Logistics and Light Vehicles, and the Undersecretariat of Social Development. Duly archive in her personal file.
 
ARTICLE 4.- Communicate, publish, register, and duly archive.

CONSIDERING:
That the monthly Agent MARIA ELENA SAGRADIN, File No. 2952, D.N.I No. 25,575,128, reporting to the Directorate of Social Assistance, requests her transfer to the Neighborhood Development Coordination, both offices reporting to the Undersecretariat of Social Development, Secretariat of Human Development.
That the Directorate of Social Assistance and the Neighborhood Development Coordination have stated that there are no objections to the transfer of the interested party.
That on page 3, the Human Resources Directorate reports that Agent María Elena Sagradin, File No. 2952, D.N.I No. 25,575,128, has been providing services in this Municipality since June 1, 1999. She serves as monthly personnel, category 24°, reporting to the Undersecretariat of Social Development.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107 of Law No. 10,027/11 and its amendment Law No. 10,082, Municipalities Regime of Entre Ríos. According to the Consolidated Text (T.O.) of Decree No. 4706/12 of the Provincial Executive Power.

ARTICLE 2°.- Charge what is approved in Article 1 to the budget item: 3.4.30.01.01.01. Undersecretariat of Social Development\31.
 
ARTICLE 3.- Forward to the Human Resources Directorate for their knowledge, registration, and notification. Once completed, communicate to the Payroll Directorate, the Neighborhood Development Coordination, and the Directorate of Social Assistance. Duly archive in her personal file.

CONSIDERING, the actions contained in Administrative Case File No. 1368763 and;
 
CONSIDERING:
That therein the expenses for the settlement and closing of the petty cash, presented by Fuscado Lucas Agustin, former Undersecretary of Government, of the Government Secretariat, are being processed for the total sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS WITH 00/100 ($150,000.00).
That the Settlement Spreadsheet No. 1-8/2026 Rect No. 2 (No. 20431) is attached.
That the corresponding vouchers are attached.
That the report from the Municipal Accounting Office making the corresponding observations is attached.
That the response to the observations made by the Municipal Accounting Office is attached.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107, subsections ñ), q) and u) of Law No. 10027 and its amending Law No. 10.082, Regime of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos.
 
Therefore,
 
THE MUNICIPAL PRESIDENT
DECREES:
 
ARTICLE 1.- Approve the expenses incurred with funds from the Petty Cash Authorization of the Undersecretariat of Government, for the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS WITH 00/100 ($150,000.00), in accordance with the actions contained in Administrative Case File No. 1368763, for the purpose of proceeding with its closure.
 
ARTICLE 2.- Forward to the Municipal Accounting Office and Municipal Treasury for their purposes.
 
ARTICLE 3°.- Communicate, publish, register, and archive in due course.
