SEEN:
That during the months of March and June of the current year, two editions of the course “Proposal for articulation between school and museum: the self-guided visit as a teaching strategy” will be held, taught jointly by the Abremate Interactive Center for Science and Technology of the National University of Lanús, Buenos Aires; by the Costa Ciencia Interactive Museum; by the Railway Museum and by the Palacio Arruabarrena Regional Municipal Museum, of Concordia; and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That the transformations produced in the Curricular Design of each educational level, proposed for teaching, require the construction of bridge spaces between scientific knowledge and the knowledge built in the classrooms;
That the school is not the only institution in which an individual has access to learning; these possibilities are present in many environments. Museum spaces as non-formal education environments constitute favorable spaces to complement school learning;
That there is a connection between formal and non-formal education, with the combination of different strategies and interdisciplinary links. For this reason, achieving meaningful learning requires an adequate didactic proposal, and therefore, requires the implementation of specific strategies;
That the teacher, on many occasions during the school year, does not have the time or the necessary resources to carry out practices. This causes a reduction in time and opportunities for the student to reason and ask questions about science, which would allow them to access deductions and conclusions necessary to achieve the construction of scientific knowledge. Therefore, the possibility of breaking a previous erroneous concept and generating a conflict so that, based on it, new meaningful knowledge is triggered, is dismissed. For these reasons, school trips to museums or interactive science and technology centers make the school visit to non-formal spaces a unique opportunity to understand and integrate content in a novel and motivating way;
That the course “Proposal for articulation between school and museum: the self-guided visit as a teaching strategy”, contemplates the learning process as a continuum and proposes a didactic strategy to develop the visit to the museum, in order to provide tools that allow addressing and integrating specific content from different areas; 
That the course will have a mixed modality, virtual and in-person, through the Virtual Campus of the National University of Lanús. The training consists of 4 asynchronous meetings on a weekly basis and 2 in-person meetings. Likewise, an orientation instance for the management of the virtual classroom is foreseen. The training consists of 4 thematic units that involve a series of activities that combine the possibilities provided by the technological tools, provided by the Virtual Campus platform of the National University of Lanús, simulators, among other resources provided by the web;
That it is proposed to work with the approach of activities such as problematic situations, working with self-reflection on teaching practices that foster didactic transposition with the acquisition of different methodological proposals. Likewise, observation, promoting reflection and critical thinking, in parallel with the generation of collaborative spaces;
That the course is designed for teachers, of all modalities and  educational cycles (Initial, Primary and Secondary), of the curricular spaces of Natural Sciences and Social Sciences, who carry out educational visits to museum spaces. Likewise, for professionals, tour guides, museum staff and advanced students of tertiary or university level;
That this training has been declared of educational interest by the Departmental School Directorate of Concordia, through Provision No. 2 of March 5, 2025.

ARTICLE 1.- Declare of Municipal, Cultural and Educational Interest the course “Proposal for articulation between school and museum: the self-guided visit as a teaching strategy”, taught jointly by the Abremate Interactive Center for Science and Technology of the National University of Lanús, Buenos Aires; by the Costa Ciencia Interactive Museum; by the Railway Museum and by the Palacio Arruabarrena Regional Municipal Museum, of Concordia; to be held during the months of March and June in a mixed, virtual and in-person modality, through the Virtual Campus of the National University of Lanús.

The holding of the seventh “7th Edition of the E.M. Dance Contest” on July 5 and 6 at the Concordia Convention Center; and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That this Academy based in Concordia, Entre Ríos, has demonstrated a commitment to the promotion of culture and the training of new talent. Since its inception  it has provided an inclusive space for the artistic teaching and development of young people and adults passionate about dance;
That its live shows combine artistic quality, appropriate costumes, variety of genres and rhythms that have not only allowed hundreds of dancers to show their skills on stage, but have fostered the meeting between different artistic expressions, thus contributing to personal and cultural growth.

SEEN:
The holding of the Chess Festival in Memory of Roberto M. Odorisio, which will take place next Saturday, March 29 and Sunday, March 30; and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That this festival is a joint initiative of the Concordia Headquarters of the Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (UADER), from the Chair of Human Rights and Ethics and Human Rights of the Technical Degrees in Lyric Singing and Musical Instrumentalist in Guitar and Piano, together with the Argentine League for Human Rights, H.I.J.O.S. Concordia, and the Association of Relatives and Friends of Disappeared Detainees and Former Political Prisoners of Concordia;
That the event takes place within the framework of the Week of Memory, Truth and Justice, in tribute to Roberto Odorisio: student, intellectual, political militant, worker, and passionate chess player,disappeared during the last civil-military dictatorship;
That the proposed activities are aimed at the entire community of Concordia and seek to promote values of memory and justice. Below, we detail the program:
Saturday, March 29, Concordia Pedestrian Street:

• 18:00 hs: Tribute act to Roberto Odorisio, with the participation of representatives of human rights organizations and the chess field;
• 18:30 hs: The 2023 and 2024 Entrerriano Chess Champion, Diego Exequiel Cornejo, will perform an exhibition of simultaneous games;

On Sunday the 30th, in the SUM of the Concordia Headquarters of the FHAyCS (UADER), starting at 9:30 am, at 37 Quintana Street, the Rapid Chess Tournament in memory of Odorisio will be played. The competition will be played under the Swiss system for five rounds, with a rhythm of 25 minutes plus 10 seconds increment or 35 minutes finish;
That in use of the powers granted by Law No. 10.027 amended by Law No. 10.082 and Ordinance No. 35.649.

ARTICLE 1.- Declare of Municipal, Cultural and Educational Interest the holding of the Chess Festival in memory of Roberto Odorisio, within the framework of the Week of Memory, Truth and Justice. This event will take place next Saturday, March 29 starting at 18:00 hours on the Pedestrian Street, and Sunday, March 30 at the SUM of the Concordia Headquarters of the FHAyCS (UADER), located at 37 Quintana Street, starting at 9:30 hours.
